The Secrets behind Eating Well & Being Healthy By Nazia Ahmed

Health and food is a very vital issue in our lives today. How our intake of healthy, organic food & rate of exercise affects our everyday lives therefore I will be discussing various, common advantages and disadvantages within this topic.

Is Size Zero Actually A Health Hazard?
Think stick thin girls are happy and healthy? Think Again.
Many females are desperate to be a size zero as they think it looks ‘stunning’ and ‘glamorous’. However, I believe there is a big difference between looking good and being SUPER skinny but they don’t seem to realise this.

Would you like to spend half of your life starving yourself until you look like a total skeleton?

Well surely I won’t because I know many other EASY and SAFE ways to look great.

I will always continue eating, of course, but my meals will be balanced & will contain many ranges of vitamins and nutrition’s to keep me healthy and fit. Obviously others would agree with this, in fact this is a common health belief.

Women were especially eager to be a perfect size 10, well forget that because now it is known to be obese after being influenced by magazines. Don’t follow the crowd, make your own trend!

You might think starving yourself has a great impact on your figure but the consequences are extremely dangerous!
Did you know that this is actually an illness which can lead you to many risks?
Well one of my cousin is a “size zero” and she is as skinny as a stick (don’t think that sounds good looking do you?).
Many precautions have been taken to insure she is eating properly; she is taking tablets on regular bases to make sure she is provided with essential nutrition’s such as protein.

In conclusion, I highly disagree with starving yourself for what people call a ‘perfect’ figure because we are all perfect in our own ways.
